The Riverside Centre has a variety of rooms available to hire on an hourly or daily basis. for business meetings, training, interviews and presentations, With its central location, free parking, and high-speed internet the Riverside Centre can cater for groups of any size, from 3 to 300.

This our largest conference room, at over 170m², the Trafalgar room can accommodate up to 300 people standing, or 200 seated theatre style. With built in Bluetooth PA and sound system, hearing loop, elevated stage, overhead projector and extra large screen measuring 4m x 2.3m, the Trafalgar Room is ideal for company conferences, workshops, and staff training.

The Trafalgar room is also serviced by a full licensed bar and makes an ideal venue for parties, discos and wedding receptions, with the option to extend into the adjoining rooms of Carisbrooke and Little London to create a much larger venue.

The Hunnyhill room can accommodate up to 80 people standing, or 60 seated theatre style. Measuring 70m² the Hunnyhill room has built in overhead projector and screen, PA system and microphone, and is carpeted throughout. The Hunnyhill room is ideal for group working, presentations and larger team meetings.

The Hunnyhill room can accommodate up to 80 people standing, or 60 seated theatre style. Measuring 70m² the Hunnyhill room has built in overhead projector and screen, PA system and microphone, and is carpeted throughout. The Hunnyhill room is ideal for group working, presentations and larger team meetings.

Carisbrooke is ideal for smaller groups or boardroom meetings, but can accommodate up to 30 people standing, or 18 seated theatre style. It also has the benefit of windows overlooking the entrance and has the option to extend into Trafalgar via partition doors.

5.6m x 5.30m

The Medina room is situated in the extension end of the building, with windows looking out onto the Harbour Masters office. The Medina room can accommodate up to 24 seated theatre style and is also a carpeted. This is an ideal room for a boardroom style setup or smaller business meetings.

7.9m x 4m

Staplers is our smallest room, accommodating 4 to 5 people for interviews and one-to-one meetings. It’s a private room situated in the extension end of the building, furnished with a round table and fabric chairs with arms, with an external window overlooking the Harbour Masters office.
